Little Bobby just turned a year old and he has a special place in my heart. When I photographed him as a newborn, it was the first time I used film during a client session. And the results of his session were what set me on the path of shooting film for not just personal work, but my business, too. One of my favorite parts of this job is when clients come back year after year for portraits and I get to watch and document as their families grow. It's even more awesome when they are sweethearts like Bobby and his parents. I love that they refer to me "our photographer" and not just "this photographer we've hired a few times." Love.
