Perhaps it's just me, but with all the new digital cameras and editing software promising perfection in the form of tack sharp plastic people with alien eyes and bleached teeth, images like these are a welcome change of pace. Taken with a toy camera. Plastic lens. Film that expired five years ago. Motion blur. Imperfections. Every so often it's nice to take a little break from the sharp and clean portraiture and fire off a few frames with my unpredictable Holga.
